Metal cabinets type Basic, Standard and Module
They are made in BASIC, STANDARD and MODUL versions, from cold-rolled pickled steel sheet 1.2-1.5-2.0 mm thick, depending on the dimensions of the cabinet.
The applied anticorrosive protection is performed by the method of electrostatic application of polyester powder in the shade according to DIN RAL 7035EP, which gives high durability and resistance as well as excellent visual appearance.
They are made in the degree of protection IP65 in a wide range of dimensions, from 250x250mm to 1200x1200mm (WxH), depth 200, 250 and 300mm depending on the size of the cabinet.
They are delivered with a built-in reinforced mounting plate made of galvanized steel sheet 2.0 mm thick.
The door has two steel “U” profiles for mounting equipment and strengthening the door. Built-in type lock or at the request of the customer. Optional installation of a door for the left or right side of the opening is provided.
Measuring and distribution cabinets - MOMM
Typical built-in cabinets from the MOMM series are installed in the wall individually or in line in combination with other cabinets from the same series, with the sides closed by removable steel panels. They consist of a housing, a door and side cover panels.
Housing
The housing is made of pickled cold-rolled steel sheet (DC01) 2.0 mm thick.
The lattice construction of the housing frame is reinforced with spacer profiles connected by MAG welding. Rear side completely closed with bent ends. Housing door opening formed with a drip height of at least 12mm. At the bottom, a profiled plexiglass plate support with a central screw M6x25 for mounting.
Interior equipped with M6x25 screws, copper-plated, welded by electro-resistant contact welding that support the ground conductor with nuts and toothed washers.
Hinges from a renowned manufacturer, galvanized, secretly placed with a screw connection, disassembled, without the need for subsequent maintenance.
Door
The door is made of pickled cold-rolled steel sheet (DC01) 2.0 mm thick.
Version with right opening, maximum opening angle up to 120º and with openings for monitoring the installed electrical equipment.
Locking with two locks and a key, optionally different locking at the request of the customer.
Sides
Side panels made of pickled cold-rolled steel sheet (DC01) 1.0 mm thick, with 4 screws M6x16 copper-plated, welded electro-resistant contact welding, equipped with galvanized nuts M6. Ordering separately from the closet, optional.
Anti-corrosion protection
Anti-corrosion protection of the housing and doors performed by passive phosphating and electro-static plasticization with structural polyester powder, UV stable to external conditions, baking in an oven at a temperature of 180ºC in a standard color shade according to RAL 7035 (light gray).
Measuring and distribution cabinets - MRO
Typical built-in cabinets from the MRO series are installed in the wall or fixed to the wall, individually or in a line, in combination with other cabinets from the same series, by connecting the sides with a hidden screw connection. They consist of a housing, a door and (optionally) a stand.
Housing
The housing is made of pickled cold-rolled steel sheet (DC01) 1.2 mm thick. The lattice construction of the housing frame is reinforced with spacer profiles connected by MAG welding.
Last page completely closed. Side panels with openings for cable passage and fixing openings with the next cabinet. Ceiling with openings for the passage of cables from the distribution space. Housing door opening formed with a drip height of at least 20 mm.
The interior is formed with an auxiliary lattice substructure, intended for the installation of electrical equipment and cable distribution. Hinges made of ZAMAK-5 alloy, hidden by a screw connection, disassembled, without the need for subsequent maintenance, from a reputable manufacturer.
Door
The door is made of pickled cold-rolled steel sheet (DC01) 1.2 mm thick.
Version with right opening, maximum opening angle up to 120º and with built-in plastic windows for monitoring the display of built-in electrical equipment.
Locking with two locks and a key, optionally different locking at the request of the customer.
Sides
Side panels made of pickled cold rolled steel sheet (DC01) 1.2 mm thick. Fixing holes with an adjacent cabinet set the entire height of the cabinet. In the lower zone prepared openings Ø70 and Ø28 for cable passage, on both sides.
Stand (optional)
Stand made of pickled cold rolled steel sheet (DC01) 2.0 mm thick. Welded one-piece construction 100 mm high with four Ø9 holes for anchoring to the substrate.
Anti-corrosion protection
Anti-corrosion protection of the housing and door performed by passive phosphating and electro-static plasticization with structural polyester powder with a minimum thickness of 80-100µm, UV stable to external conditions, baking in an oven at 180ºC in a standard color according to RAL 7035 (light gray). Pedestal painted in standard shade according to RAL 7035 (light gray).
